This is a branch of a popular hamburger steak restaurant based in Sapporo's Maruyama district. Its superb hamburger steaks are made from 100 percent local shorthorn cattle beef and are grilled slowly over charcoal. They are popular among locals and a particular favorite with ladies. Beef from shorthorn cattle is lean, unlike marbled beef, so is highly recommended for cholesterol-conscious diners
