This shop is under the direct management of the Yotsuba milk products company. It offers a host of delicious parfaits, crepes, soft-serve ice cream and other products made using Hokkaido's abundance of dairy products. The must-try Sola Parfait served in a cup is sold only at New Chitose Airport.
