teshikaga ramen

With headquarter located at mountain foot of Lake Mashu in east of Hokkaido, “Teshikaga” ramen provides ramen very popular among local people and has another 5 restaurants operating in Sapporo City/adjacent villages. The ramen is made of 100% wheat planted in Hokkaido, while the broth is made by stewing local pork and chicken. All food materials have been selected strictly to provide safe and assuring Hokkaido ramen. When cooking the dish, not only scallops of special taste from Okhotsk are used, Hokkaido specialties such as dried salmon, allium victorialis and horseradish are also actively used.
