Ginshari Hokkaido

Savor the natural, seasonal taste of this restaurant's onigiri (rice balls). Particular about its ingredients, Ginshari uses only fukkurinko rice from Hokkaido and Hyogo nori from the Seto Inland Sea. The setup is a "live show," in that the ingredients (mainly local Hokkaido produce) are formed into onigiri right in front of customers. Also on offer are soba noodles made with Hokkaido buckwheat flour. Find your favorite topping amid a wide variety of choices.
