• In some occasions, if you address your luggage to "New Chitose Airport" only, it might be sent to the cargo terminal.
• Please note that if you send a package over through a delivery service, you will be required to pay the temporary baggage storage fee shown above during pickup.
• Should you collect the package after the scheduled pickup date, the temporary baggage storage fee shown above will apply.
• Please note that Japanese transportation laws prohibit the sending of flammables (lighters, fuel cylinders, etc.) and other dangerous materials.
• Please be noted that we do not accept Yamato's refrigerated courier service and other refrigerated luggage.
